Head of Ad‑Ops & Advertising Accounts

Experience in managing a pool of advertising accounts / account-ops in performance or affiliate marketing (at least 2 years);
The practice of managing proxy pools and mobile numbers as inventory (IP purity/reputation, rotation, number accounting);
The ability to calculate and manage the economics of the direction (infrastructure costs vs traffic results), work with numbers and reporting;
Practical knowledge of moderation and policies of FB / Google / TikTok Ads, the reasons for bans, the logic of appeals and account warm-up;
Reliable work with anti-detection browsers (Dolphin Anty / AdsPower / GoLogin) and proxies;
Compliance with processes and discipline: regulations, SLA;
Stress tolerance to incidents (bans are part of the routine);

Understanding the structure and specifics of the device farm / cloud phones (GeeLark / DICloak / Multilogin class) for warming up and maintaining a pool at scale;
Ownership of trackers (Keitaro / Binom) and end-to-end analytics;
Having experience in media-buying;
English in order to work with the interfaces and policies of the sites, as well as to understand the specifics of the English-speaking markets.

Keep a pool of proxies (mobile/resident): purity and reputation of IP, rotation, account-IP binding;
Keep a pool of mobile numbers under registration/verification/2FA: sources, accounting, reuse;
Keep an insurance reserve of "green" accounts for each platform; do not let the pool fall below the norm;
Promptly respond to warnings/bans on SLA;
Warm up accounts and ensure proper isolation: reduce the ban rate before the occurrence of bans;
Support anti-detection (Dolphin Anty / AdsPower-class) + proxy + at the scale of device farm / cloud phones as a regulated process;
Comply with compliance: checklist of compliance with site policies before launch;
Keep track of the economy of the direction: cost accounting (accounts, proxies, numbers, anti-detection, farm, tracker) and efficiency — the cost of a working account, the share of infrastructure costs in traffic, the pool budget;
Prepare regular reports to the owner.
