Head of Content Production / Head of the content factory (video pipeline, AI production)

At least 2 years of experience in leading an SMM/content team, starting a business from scratch as an advantage;
Deep understanding of short vertical videos (Reels/TikTok/Shorts): formats, hooks, what gives coverage;
Working with coverage/engagement metrics, data-driven solutions (rather than "tasteful" ones);
The skill of hiring and managing creators, setting up briefings, and controlling the pace of graduation;
Organization and consistency: pipeline and calendar are more important than inspiration;

English at Intermediate level, understanding American culture on social media: Our content is aimed at the English—speaking US/EU markets, so a sense of local formats, humor, trends and references is a strong advantage.;
Experience with AI content generation tools (HeyGen / Creatify / Midjourney / Runway / ElevenLabs / Claude / ChatGPT);
The experience of linking content with paid traffic (performance art).

Build and maintain a pipeline: brief → production (volume) → Calendar publication → Coverage measurement → Winner detection → winner scale;
Form and lead a team of creators/realzmakers (2-3 at the start, then growth), build briefings, quality-gate, weekly quotas;
Implement an AI pipeline for production (avatars/video generation: HeyGen/Creatify class);
Key metrics: output volume, share of "winners", speed of the "brief → publication" cycle;
To carry out a weekly analysis of "what got knocked up / why", reporting to the owner;
Mark up the winning content and transfer them to the performance/ product.
