Main requirements
• Proficiency in tools: Confluence, Jira, Miro, draw.io
• The ability to work with API documentation (REST, Swagger)
• Good written language in Kazakh; Russian; English - Intermediate+
• Systematic thinking, attention to detail.
What you will do
• Collecting, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements;
• Compilation of TK, BRD, FRD, user stories and use cases;
• Business process modeling (AS-IS/TO-BE);
• Interaction with the customer, the development and testing team;
• Participation in integration projects (API, third-party services);
• Up-to-date support of project documentation.
