Main requirements
We are looking for an independent operating partner with experience in marketplaces, fintech, e-commerce or payment services.
Requirements:
• Experience of at least 2 years in operational management, fintech or e-commerce;
• understanding acquiring, payments to sellers, refunds, disputes, KYC and anti-fraud;
• experience in negotiations with banks and payment providers in Kazakhstan;
• ability to independently build and document processes;
• responsibility, initiative and focus on measurable results;
• Russian is required, Kazakh and English will be an advantage.
What you will do
• prepare Zentro Market for the first real transactions;
• negotiate with banks and payment providers;
• work out acquiring, secure transaction and payments to sellers;
• organize the moderation of ads and verification of sellers;
• Establish processes for support, refunds, disputes, and fraud control;
• develop clear regulations for buyers, sellers and support;
• help to conduct the first 50-100 controlled transactions;
• Track conversions, payment errors, refunds, and user referrals;
• Coordinate work with an accountant and a lawyer on operational issues.
