Main requirements
- Deep understanding of ML and LLM
- Experience in developing AI products for production
- Experience working with RAG, search and agent systems
- Experience in quality assessment, monitoring, and model maintenance
- Understanding the principles of safety and reliability of AI systems
- Confident command of Python
- Introduction to the modern AI/LLM stack
- Strong communication skills
- English at the B1 level and above
What you will do
- Design and develop AI products based on LLM
- Build quality assessment and monitoring systems for models
- Develop RAG and agent-based solutions
- Ensure the safety, reliability, and quality of model responses
- Conduct experiments and implement improvements based on data
- Work in a cross-functional team to bring solutions to production
