Business Analyst [ Payments and Transfers]

Main requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst in the field of fintech, banking products or payment solutions
Ability to read and analyze technical documentation (API, integration processes)
Experience working closely with development teams
Experience in collecting, structuring, and documenting requirements (BRD, user stories, use cases)
Developed product thinking and understanding of user scenarios

Skills in prioritizing tasks and working in an Agile environment
Experience in conducting A/B tests and analyzing product metrics
Strong communication skills and experience in interacting with stakeholders
English language level B2 and above for effective communication with an international team

What you will do

Participation in the launch of integrations with external partners (payment providers, transfer systems)
Analysis of technical documentation (API, integration processes) and formation of business requirements
Collecting, describing, and documenting requirements (BRD, user stories, acceptance criteria)
Definition of requirements for data and systems, maintenance of technical integrations
Participate in the research of new initiatives, backlog management and sprint planning
Collaboration with product designers on user scenarios and customer experience improvement
Full-cycle development support: clarifying requirements, conducting UAT, and supporting releases
Participate in daily team meetings and resolve current work issues
Interact with product, development, and business unit teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Conducting A/B testing, analyzing the results and making suggestions for product improvement
Definition of product metrics and their continuous optimization
