Sales Manager

English — from B2 level (confident business communication orally and in writing)
Kazakh language — fluency (oral and written business communication)
Good oral and written communication in Russian
Confident communication skills, focus on results
Willingness to learn new product and technical basics of biometrics/IT
Responsibility, independence in the organization of their work

Any sales, customer service, or negotiation experience (not even in IT)
Interest in technology, IT or fintech
Experience working with CRM systems
Understanding the basic terms of KYC/AML/Digital Identity (optional — we will teach)

Search for and attract new customers (banks, fintech companies, telecom operators, government organizations)
Initial calls, correspondence, and appointments with potential clients
Conducting product presentations (after training and immersion in the product)
Managing clients in CRM, recording transaction statuses
Preparation of commercial proposals together with the team
Participation in negotiations and transaction support before signing the contract
Execution of the plan for the number of meetings/calls and initial transactions
Interaction with the technical team to clarify the details of the product at the request of the client
Automation of sales processes together with the team (setting up funnels in CRM, templates, integrations with other tools)

Product and sales training from scratch by the team
Work in an international AI company with real clients (banks, fintech, public sector)
