DevOps

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• DevOps/ SRE / System Engineering experience of at least 1 year.• Experience in support of production systems.• Secure Linux administration: systemd, networking, DNS, TLS, SSH, users/permissions, logs, resource limits.• Docker: image assembly, registry, Docker Compose, container troubleshooting.• Kubernetes: deployments, services, ingress, configmaps/secrets, probes, resources, namespaces, Helm, troubleshooting pod/node/network issues.• CI/CD: GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or equivalent; rollback, environments, artifacts, secrets, approval gates.• On-prem / hybrid infrastructure: deployment of services on VM/bare metal, private registry, network restrictions, VPN, firewall, offline/limited-network installation.• Infrastructure as Code/ automation: Terraform and Ansible; modules, state, inventory, environment separation.• Monitoring and logging: Prometheus, Grafana, alerting, ELK/OpenSearch/Loki.• Understanding SLI/SLO/SLA and incident response practices.• Networks: TCP/IP, HTTP(S), DNS, load balancing, NAT, firewall/security groups, VPN.• Basic security: secrets management, least privilege, IAM/RBAC, TLS certificates, image scanning, secure work with production access.• Experience with cloud or hybrid infrastructure: AWS, GCP, Azure, Yandex Cloud or similar.

Nice-To-Have

• PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ: operation, backup/restore, basic troubleshooting.• Argo CD / Flux, GitOps.• Vault, SOPS, External Secrets.• Blue-green / canary deployments.• Trivy, Snyk, SonarQube, GitLab Security.• Experience in supporting enterprise/on-prem clients.• Experience working with high-load or security-sensitive products.• Cost optimization in the cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Support and development of the current production infrastructure.
• Deployment and maintenance of on-prem solutions for customers.
• Support for CI/CD, Kubernetes, monitoring, logging, and infrastructure automation.
• Participate in incident investigations, setting up alerts, backup/restore, and improving service stability.
