• He was able to use AI for legal research, analysis of legislation, preparation of contracts and search for judicial practice.;
• He understood the limitations of AI and was able to check the results.;
• I constantly studied new AI solutions and implemented them in my work.

It will be an advantage

• knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Civil Code, Labor Code, Tax Code, Law "On Limited and Additional Liability Partnerships", Law "On Personal Data and their Protection", legislation on payments and accounting);
• experience in supporting international companies;
• experience working with licensed activities;
• understanding the requirements of GDPR, ISO 27001, ISO 27701;

• support of personal data protection issues;
• support of financial and payment products, including banking and microfinance services;
• legal support of projects in the field of iGaming and bookmaking (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and other jurisdictions);
• participation in the implementation of international standards (GDPR, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 30107-3).

Contractual and corporate work

• preparation, analysis and agreement of contracts;
• preparation of legal opinions;
• development of policies, internal regulations and regulations;
• support of registration, changes and liquidation of legal entities, branches and SPVs.

International direction

• analysis of the legislation of foreign jurisdictions (USA, Mexico, Malaysia, Indonesia and other countries);
• support of the company's entry into new markets;
• legal support for international projects;
• participation in Due Diligence;
• interaction with foreign partners.

Interaction with government agencies

• support of personnel documentation in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• interaction with government agencies and regulators (National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ARRFR, ICRIAP, etc.);
• participation in compliance processes (AML, FATCA, CRS — if necessary).

AI and automation of the legal function

• the use of modern AI tools for document preparation, research and analysis of legislation;
• search for opportunities to automate legal processes;
• development of templates, prompta, and internal AI instructions;
• implementation of modern LegalTech solutions in the work of the legal department;
• monitoring of new technologies and best international practices.
