Main requirements
Fluent in the Kazakh language;
At least 7 years of experience in IT;
At least 3 years of experience in managing a technical team;
It is desirable to have experience in a CTO, Head of Development, Engineering Manager or similar position;
A good understanding of the basic principles of software development, IT infrastructure and System Architecture; Software Development
Experience in managing and developing technical teams;
Ability to plan and respond to the results of IT projects;
Strategic thinking and ability to connect business goals with technological solutions;
Ability to make decisions on complex issues;
Strong managerial and communication skills;
Additional advantage: experience with Cloud, Highload, Microservices, Kubernetes, DevOps, AI and automation technologies.
What you will do
Development and implementation of the company's IT and technological development strategy;
Determination of technological directions in accordance with the company's business goals;
Organization and management of the work of the IT team;
Coordination of the work of Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps, Data and other technical areas;
Ensuring that systems are ready for the growth of the company and, if necessary, scalable;
Development and optimization of IT infrastructure;
Cost management on servers, programs, licenses and other IT resources;
Evaluation of the effectiveness of IT projects through KPIs and other business indicators;
Research of new technologies and implementation of effective solutions for the company;
