Senior Backend developer

Main requirements

Building microservices in PHP 8.2–8.4, Go (1.20–1.24) and Rust;
Deep knowledge of Laravel is required (8, 11, 12);
Experience working with Laravel Octane / FrankenPHP, configuring queues in Horizon (Redis) and writing clean, strongly typed code;
Go requires experience in developing REST/gRPC services and CLI utilities using Echo, Gin, Cobra, and the Goose migration tool.;
In Rust, practical experience working with the asynchronous Axum web framework and the SQLx library for working with databases;
Excellent knowledge of PostgreSQL (query optimization, indexes), understanding of Docker, REST API, gRPC, SOLID principles and architectural patterns of high-load systems is required.

What you will do

Diving into domains and integrations: Quickly understand the WMS warehouse processes (movements, balances, inventory) and B2B scenarios (partner functionality, orders, workflow), as well as master the architecture of key integrations (1C, mobile application, external services).
End-to-End development: Independently manage medium and large epics from decomposition and evaluation to implementation, test coverage and release.
Quality and processes: Bring the code to review from 1-2 iterations, ensure a minimum level of bugs in QA and production, and actively participate in code reviews by colleagues with constructive comments.
Communication and initiative: Interact directly with related teams (product analytics, 1C, mobile development, QA) without the mediation of a lead, highlight risks and blockers in advance.
System architecture and development: Be responsible for backend architecture and contract approval in major quarterly features, take the initiative to improve the system (performance, observability, refactoring) and share knowledge with the middle developers in the team.
