RecruitHub is an agency from Kazakhstan for IT recruitment and HR consulting. Our clients include Codiplay, Higgsfield, Rafeeq, as well as startups from Astana Hub and AI-international companies. The average receipt for the project 700 000 – 1 500 000 tenge, which the client pays us for services.
We are looking for a Junior HR / Recruiter in an agency to conduct interviews with candidates for positions in Product, IT, Marketing and Sales. The work is remote, English is required. We are considering recent university graduates.
What you will do
Conduct interviews with candidates for vacancies in Product, IT, Marketing, Sales in English and Russian; lead candidates to Huntflow and Notion; search for and attract candidates through LinkedIn and HeadHunter; conduct interviews in Zoom; evaluate candidates' soft and hard skills; interact with the agency's startup client teams; keep records on closed vacancies.
