Lecturer of the course on product and project management

Main requirements

Highly qualified specialist in the field of digital product and project Management (Product & Project Management, CPO/Founder). At least 5 years of experience in product lifecycle management, product strategy development, and project team tracking. Higher specialized education in Applied mathematics or Computer Science (preferably a Master's degree) and business education (MBA). It is mandatory to have an international certification of a Design Thinking Coach. Expert knowledge of agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and prioritization frameworks, working with hypotheses and metrics (CustDev, HADI cycles, Lean Canvas, SPACE). At least 1 year of experience in teaching, mentoring product teams, or conducting large-scale workshops for the financial and corporate sectors. Fluent in Kazakh, Russian and English.

What you will do

− Adaptation and preparation: development of practical cases on project management, planning and prioritization of tasks (Roadmap, features, backlog);

− Conducting training: giving lectures and conducting interactive classes, expert sessions and practical workshops (introduction to product thinking, Agile/Scrum project management, user research, product metrics, application of flexible approaches and design thinking in decision-making processes);

− Product development: joint design of a product demonstration concept (MVP) with students based on the Design Thinking methodology and User Flow/CJM study;

− Reporting: preparation of a package of methodological materials, presentation of the project results for management, evaluation of the results and preparation of individual sheets for each student.
