Developer/Mobile Development Coach

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial mobile application development, preferably on Flutter/Dart;
• Experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting development trainings/bootcamps, preferably in an offline format;
• Practical experience in using AI tools and agents in development (for example, Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot and similar);
• Understanding the principles of Clean Architecture, State Management (BLoC/Cubit), working with REST API and Firebase;
• The ability to work with a group of 30-40 female students and build a friendly, supportive learning environment;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Russian;
• Knowledge of Kazakh and/or English is a plus.;
• Experience working with young people and understanding the characteristics of the female audience in IT is a plus.
• The status of an LLP, sole proprietor, or self-employed for the execution of the contract.

The coach must demonstrate technical skills in the following areas::

• Development and implementation of practical training courses, preferably in an offline format;
• Didactic planning and development of educational programs in the field of software development;
• Preparation of educational materials, homework, and assessment of participants' knowledge before and after the training;
• Using Flutter, Firebase, Figma, AI tools/agents and other platforms necessary for the course.

• August – September 2026 (approximately 20 hours) – Course content development
• October 2026–June 2027 (approximately 200-210 hours) – Implementation 
• Continuation; report submission – June 2027 (approximately 20 hours) – Monitoring and evaluation of students and reporting

As a result of completing the course, KUMBEL LAB participants:

• They will master the basics of Flutter and Dart and will be able to write and run mobile applications on their own.;
• They will understand the basic principles of application architecture (Clean Architecture, state management via Block/Cubit);
• They will learn how to work with network requests, local data storage and Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, push notifications);
• They will master working with AI tools and agents for spec-driven development.;
• They will be able to independently plan, develop through an AI agent, and submit their own mobile project according to their specifications.;
• They will develop the professional confidence and skills necessary to build a career in IT.

• Contribution to the career development of college students in Almaty;
• Project activities - 3 times a week, 4 hours a day (morning and lunch group);
• Offline, on the territory of KIMEP University;

• Project duration — October 2026 – June 2027;
• The total volume is about 240 hours.;
• the project budget is up to 3,000,000 ₸;
• registration as an individual entrepreneur, LLP, or self-employed.
