Support Engineer

Fluency and competent command of Russian and Kazakh languages (native speaker level)
Confident PC user, high print speed
The ability to express thoughts clearly, concisely and competently in writing
High level of empathy and ability to find an approach to different types of clients
Analytical mindset
Responsible attitude to work, organization
Attention to detail, ability to work with a large amount of information

Conducting communication with clients in text format (chat, messengers, email)
Maintaining a respectful, friendly tone of communication in accordance with corporate standards
Clear and competent explanation of solutions, procedures and offers to clients
Completing tasks within a certain time frame (for example, responding to a chat within a certain time)
Participation in training programs and trainings for continuous professional development
Collection of all technical issues, prioritization and further communication with the development team
