Chief Product Officer

Develop banking products (payments, loans, deposits, onboarding) based on a deep understanding of their internal structure
Manage the development of the mobile Internet banking application by building product processes at all stages of the lifecycle
Manage multiple product teams/streams simultaneously: hire, train, and develop product managers
To form the company's product strategy and defend it in front of top management, supporting decisions with data
Build and control product metrics, roadmap, and discovery processes; be responsible for product performance and product economics
Interact with engineering teams on API issues, integrations, and architectural constraints when planning product solutions.
Ensure that products comply with compliance and regulatory requirements (AML/KYC/KYB), finding a balance between customer experience and risk management
Launch new products from scratch (0-to-1) and scale them to mature destinations
