1C / KUFIB Business Analyst

Main requirements

A qualified business analyst is required to conduct an independent review of the functional part of the 1C: KUFIB system implemented for the oil producing company.

Main tasks:

study of technical specifications and customer requirements;
verification of the implemented business logic and functionality of the system;
conducting end-to-end testing of business processes using real examples;
assessment of the relationship between procurement, contracts, budget, treasury, warehouse, accounting and management accounting;
identification of deviations of the implemented functionality from the customer's requirements;
Delineating technical errors, configuration flaws, methodological issues, insufficient user training, and additional requirements;
preparation of an opinion with a list of identified comments, their priority and recommendations for elimination.

What you will do

Requirements for a specialist:

practical experience in business analysis and implementation of KUFIB solutions on the 1C platform;
understanding of end-to-end enterprise processes and principles of management accounting;
experience in analyzing technical assignments and conducting functional testing;
the ability to formalize comments and confirm them with concrete examples;
independence and objectivity of assessment;
experience working with KUFIB and in the oil and gas industry will be an advantage.
