Main requirements
1. 7+ years of experience in the banking sector, including 3+ years in the management of the SME segment (lending, risk, sales).
2. Practical experience working with the credit pipeline and scoring systems of SMEs - setting tasks for configuration and refinement.
3. Experience in digitalizing credit processes: launching online lending, automating the e2e customer journey.
4. Knowledge and practical application of change management methodologies (Agile, Lean, process reengineering) in banking transformation.
5. Experience working with CRM and BPM systems, creating business requirements and user stories for IT teams.
6. Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and BI-tools (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik) for portfolio analysis and reporting.
7. Experience in building and calibrating financial models, P&L and unit economics of credit products.
8. Understanding the principles of credit risk management: scoring, limits, redundancy, working with NPL.
9. Experience in cross-functional interaction with IT, Data/Analytics and risk departments within the framework of digital transformation.
10. Knowledge of Jira/Confluence or similar project management and product development tools.
What you will do
Strategic segment management is the definition of a target model and priorities for the development of a medium-sized business.
Supervising the transformation of the Medium-sized Business Center, monitoring deadlines and results.
Responsibility for the portfolio, profitability and achievement of target KPIs of the segment.
Improvement and development of operational processes.
Team formation and allocation of areas of responsibility.
Interaction with related departments of the bank on transformation issues.
Employee engagement and communication with the bank's top management during the transformation.
