Main requirements
We are looking for an AI engineer to develop an AI trainer for dentists.
Requirements:
• Experience in LLM-based product development;
• Python;
• working with OpenAI / Claude / other LLM APIs;
• Experience with Speech-to-Text and audio processing;
• understanding RAG, structured outputs, AI agents;
• backend and API creation experience;
• the ability to independently assemble an MVP from an idea to a working product;
• Preferably experience with conversational AI, AI trainers, voice AI, or call analysis.
The main thing is practical experience in creating working AI products, not just knowledge of theory.
What you will do
To develop an AI trainer for doctors in communication and sales.
Main tasks:
• create AI training for doctors;
• implement AI-roleplay "AI-patient — doctor";
• analyze recordings of real consultations;
• transcribe and separate the speech of the doctor and the patient;
• evaluate a consultation based on a given methodology;
• give personal recommendations to the doctor;
• Find the doctor's weak points and automatically schedule workouts;
• generate ratings and analytics for doctors;
• further integrate the product with the medical system to calculate patient conversions.
