Head of the Information Security Department

Main requirements

Experience: At least 5 years in the field of information security, including at least 2 years in the position of CISO, Head of InfoSec, Team Lead / Lead Security Engineer.
Sphere: E-commerce, Fintech, high-load B2C/B2B web services, IT product companies, retail/ ticketing and entertainment platforms.
Track record: Experience in successfully conducting audits, implementing secure development processes, and responding to critical incidents.

What you will do

formation of strategy, budget, processes and information security team
security audit of infrastructure, web and mobile applications, and internal services
implementation and control of DevSecOps (SAST/DAST/SCA in CI/CD)
building an Incident Response process and Root Cause Analysis
organization of pentests and audits for PCI DSS compliance

It will be a plus: experience in e-commerce, fintech or ticket and entertainment platforms, track record of successful audits and critical incident reporting, knowledge of Kubernetes/Docker/Cloud.

And also, the ability to argue decisions through risk metrics and business effect, rather than blocking product development with strict prohibitions.
