Senior 1C developer – integration of Odoo and 1C

Main requirements

Experience of at least 5 years of development on 1C, of which from 2-3 years – specifically on integration projects;
Confident knowledge of 1C configurations:Accounting 8 for Kazakhstan and 1C:Salary and Personnel Management for Kazakhstan (data structure, business logic, document flow);
1C integration experience with external systems via HTTP services, OData, SOAP web services, EnterpriseData;
Understanding the Odoo architecture (modules, ORM, XML-RPC/JSON-RPC API) – either direct experience or willingness to quickly understand at the architect level;
Experience designing data exchange schemes "from scratch", and not just setting up standard solutions;
Independence – the GPH format and project work involve a minimum of control and maximum responsibility for the result.

What you will do

Design and implement two-way data exchange between Odoo and 1C (Accounting, ZUP, etc.);
Develop and maintain exchange mechanisms: HTTP services, OData, EnterpriseData, XML/JSON protocols;
Configure synchronization of directories (contractors, nomenclature, employees) and documents (invoices, payments, accruals, personnel operations);
Ensure data integrity during exchange, handle conflicts and synchronization errors;
Optimize existing integration mechanisms to meet performance and reliability requirements;
Document the integration architecture for transfer and further support.
Payment is discussed individually – based on the results of the interview and taking into account the volume of the first project.
