Operational Support Specialist (Support Manager)

WE EXPECT FROM THE CANDIDATE:

Work experience in technical support of systems, programs (banking, telecom) for at least 1 year;
Attention to detail and accuracy in working with data;
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines;
Basic analytical skills: the ability to work with data, find discrepancies and draw conclusions;
The ability to formulate thoughts clearly and directly, ask questions and highlight problems;
Good oral and written communication skills.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Maintaining a register of contracts and documentation, uploading to CRM;
Checking the correctness of merchant data (MID, GEO, limits);
Setting up and maintaining tasks in Jira, Bitrix, and internal systems;
Sending requests for the establishment of terminals and monitoring their settings;
Interaction with internal teams (processing, development, lawyers) on operational issues;
Verification of applications and operations for compliance with internal regulations.
Preparation of commercial proposals on approved terms
Preparation of reports, uploads, and reconciliations on operations;
Working with payment transactions: checking statuses, participating in incident handling;
To carry out other orders of the head.
