Data engineer

Main requirements

Commercial experience as a Data Engineer.

Good command of Python or Scala/Java for writing data processing code.

Excellent knowledge of SQL (window functions, complex joins, query optimization).

Experience working with modern data warehouses (columnar/relational/NoSQL databases) and tools for processing large amounts of data.

Experience in automating and managing processes using modern orchestration systems (for example, Airflow or analogues).

Understanding the principles of containerization (Docker), working with version control systems (Git), and basic skills working in a Linux environment.

Analytical mindset, teamwork skills, structure and proactivity.

What you will do

Create, optimize, and maintain reliable ETL/ELT pipelines for collecting data from various sources.
Participate in the design and development of the corporate data warehouse architecture.
Connect new data sources (APIs, databases, logs) and ensure their correct transformation.
Implement tools for monitoring, validating, and monitoring data quality at all stages of its movement.
Improve the performance of current data processing processes and optimize analytical queries.
Work closely with the analytics, development, and business customer teams to understand their data needs.
