Specialist in operational management of social networks

What we expect:

• At least 2 years of experience in similar tasks;
• Confident ownership of iPhone (iOS) and Windows devices at the advanced user level;
• Ability to quickly learn new programs, tools, and interfaces;
• High level of care and accuracy;
• Willingness to work with a large amount of the same type of information, not to confuse accounts, devices and content;
• Systematic approach to work, discipline and responsibility;
• Patience and the ability to perform monotonous tasks efficiently for a long time.;
• English at the Upper-Intermediate level;
• Willingness to work from an office in Astana.

That would be a plus:

• Experience with TikTok and Instagram;
• Experience managing multiple accounts or projects at the same time;
• Understanding how social platforms work;
• Strong command of Google Sheets and Excel;
• Interest in workflow automation, AI tools, and simple scripts;
• Experience optimizing operational tasks and reducing manual work.

What you have to do:

• Manage a pool of TikTok and Instagram accounts through a centralized mobile device management system;
• Work with 40-50 accounts at the start and participate in the subsequent scaling of the process to 200 or more accounts;
• Perform initial account activation and maintain them in accordance with internal regulations;
• Regularly check the status of profiles, keep statuses up-to-date, and monitor account performance.;
• Publish prepared videos and other materials in accordance with the content plan.;
• Check the correctness of publications, descriptions, settings, and profile design;
• Maintain the entire pool of accounts in the internal system: record current statuses, work stages, restrictions, problems that arise, the history of actions and the current status of each account;
• Test new accounts, tools, and work scenarios;
• Analyze test results, identify problems, and propose operational process improvements.;
• Optimize routine tasks and find ways to reduce the amount of manual work;
• Participate in the automation of accounting, reporting and repetitive technical operations while maintaining quality control;
• Work with a fleet of iPhone and Windows devices;
• Monitor the connection and availability of devices for operation;
• Check Wi-Fi, SIM cards, the status of applications and the correctness of settings;
• Fix basic technical problems on your own.
