Service Desk Specialist (Junior+/Middle)

You are our ideal candidate if:

I have at least 6 months of work experience as a Junior Specialist, or completed QA courses.
You are confident in SQL (MySQL, knowledge of Mongo is an advantage).
You understand banking products and processes.
You know how to work with logs and diagnose incidents.
You have the skills to communicate with end users.
You speak English at the level of reading technical documentation.

Your day from 9:00 to 18:00 will include:

Technical support for internal users of current systems, advice on existing functionality.
Search for the causes of user errors: technical analysis, identification of the part of the system in which the error occurred (database, network infrastructure, third-party integrated systems), with further escalation of the problem/assignment of tasks to the appropriate departments.
Communication with all departments involved in the problem correction process.
