Lead CRM Manager

Requirements:

Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns, identifying growth points, and building analytics for communications.
More than 3 years of experience in CRM/CVM in banking, fintech, telecom or consulting.
Ownership of CRM systems, CDP, communication tools (SMS, push, contact center, etc.)
Experience working with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.), SQL (will be a plus).
Developed analytical and communication skills, the ability to work with data and business metrics.
Communication skills, stress tolerance, quick thinking, speed of perception and processing of information, efficiency in actions.

Responsibilities:

Development of a CRM strategy, customer communications, CJM, with a focus on growing the activity of the customer base and LTV, cross-sales.
Development of customer base segmentation and personalization of offers.
Planning, conducting, and analyzing experiments.
Launching new marketing campaigns and supporting existing ones through all communication channels.
Automation and scaling of successful solutions, participation in infrastructure development (CRM, CDP, BI).
Interaction with cross-functional teams (analytics, marketing, digital, IT, products).
