BIM Business and System Analyst

Higher education in IT, engineering, mathematics, economics or a related field.

 Experience in business and system analysis in B2B or internal digital products with integrations; participation from requirements collection to implementation.

 Experience in preparing agreed specifications and development support. Ability to work with multiple requirements owners.

Interview skills, BPMN process modeling and scenario description; UML at a practical level.

 Russian is fluent. Working English for technical documentation. Kazakh is an advantage.

Ability to describe functional and non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria and exclusions.

Understanding REST API, JSON, integrations, and data models; working with API validation tools.

 Practical SQL for data analysis and validation; confident command of Excel.

BIM, ACC and design processes are an advantage; the subject area can be mastered with experts with a strong analytical base.

Experience in preparing test scenarios and data, accepting and analyzing the causes of defects.

Systematic thinking, attention to detail, clear writing, and skills in reconciling conflicting requirements.

Provides analytical support for office BIM transformation products based on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and integrations with corporate systems. The composition of tasks is determined by the BIM strategy and priorities of the product owner.

Conducts interviews and working sessions with users and experts. Identifies needs, limitations, process problems, and causes of manual labor.

Describes current and target processes: roles, actions, decisions, exceptions, and control points. Coordinates the changes with the process owners and the BIM design lead.

He clarifies the boundaries of tasks and expected results with the product owner. Evaluates solutions, dependencies, and the impact of changes on processes and data.

Requests the necessary information, identifies gaps and contradictions in the requirements. Organizes their resolution with the owners; priorities and volume of output are determined by the product owner.

Formalizes user scenarios, business rules, functional and non-functional requirements. Defines the acceptance criteria and examples of the expected result.

Ensures completeness, consistency, and verifiability of requirements. The subject matter is agreed upon by relevant experts; the analyst is responsible for the unambiguity of the description.

Describes entities, attributes, relationships, directories, formats, units of measurement, and data quality rules. Records the sources and owners of the data.

Examines the data exchange between ACC, products, and enterprise systems: composition, transformations, identifiers, versions, and transmission frequency.

Prepares interface and API specifications with examples of requests and responses. Describes the handling of errors, repetitions, duplicates, and incomplete data.

BI Innovations coordinates technical feasibility, constraints, access, and reliability requirements with the architect. Architectural decisions are made by the development team.

For automation and AI, it describes the input data, expected result, quality criteria, and expert review of disputed cases.

Accompanies tasks in BI Innovations: clarifies specifications, analyzes borderline cases, and records changes and their consequences. Links requirements to tasks, checks, and releases.

Prepares scenarios and data for acceptance, participates in checking the result with users and experts. Analyzes defects; the decision on product acceptance is made by the product owner.

Updates descriptions of processes, data, and integrations after release. Prepares materials for users and support, participates in the analysis of incidents and causes of deviations.

Defines data and events for measuring the effect of products, checks the calculation of indicators. Analyzes the impact of product development, consolidation, or decommissioning.
