Higher education in IT, engineering, economics or management.

Experience in self-management of a B2B or internal digital product from identifying a need to implementation and development.                      

Experience working with an external or matrix development team and products with integrations. Confirmed results of implementation and use.                     

The ability to research processes, conduct interviews, test hypotheses, and prioritize based on value and data.                          

Russian is fluent. Working English, B2 is desirable. Kazakh is an advantage.                     

  Backlog and release management; practical application of agile development methods.

Understanding APIs, integrations, data models, versions, and access rights at the product task level.

Cost and effect assessment; proficiency in Excel and product analytics tools.

BIM, ACC and design processes are an advantage; it is acceptable to master the subject area with experts with a strong product base.

Experience in product acceptance, launch, support, and improvement based on feedback.

Business negotiation and development skills, coordination of conflicting requests and coordination without direct subordination.

Develops a portfolio of products based on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and integrations with enterprise systems. The composition of products is determined by the objectives of the BIM strategy; examples of directions are digital requirements for models and automation of quality control.

Explores user tasks, forms goals and product roadmaps. Justifies the launch, development, consolidation or closure of products; coordinates portfolio changes with the BIM Director.

Manages product backlogs and overall priorities for value, risks, labor intensity, and dependencies. He coordinates goals and budget with the BIM Director, and resources and development deadlines with BI Innovations.

Defines initial and target indicators for each product: usage, labor costs, quality and speed of processes. Checks the achieved effect together with business and experts.

Makes product decisions within the agreed goals, budget, and resources; accepts or returns the result for revision. Puts budget changes and significant risks on the BIM director.

Explores user processes and problems, and tests value hypotheses. Defines target scenarios, product boundaries, and the minimum required output volume.

Together with the analyst, it forms requirements and acceptance criteria and ensures their connection with business objectives. The subject matter is approved by the relevant owners; the analyst formalizes the specifications

Defines the expected result of user scenarios, requirements for the convenience and quality of the product, including error and exception handling.

Coordinates examples, data, and criteria for verifying the result with users and experts, including for integrations and complex scenarios.

Verifies the operability and usefulness of solutions based on real processes and data. Organizes an expert review of disputed results.

Manages changes in product requirements when processes and standards change; ensures traceability of solutions and versions.

Checks the benefits and quality of automation and AI. The substantive correctness of the requirements and the evaluation of engineering solutions remain the responsibility of experts.

Together with the analyst, he prepares the tasks and acceptance criteria. With BI Innovations, it plans releases and integrations with ACC and enterprise systems; architecture, development, and technical testing are performed by BI Innovations.

Organizes user acceptance and launch decision. Coordinates requirements for access, security, performance, support, and rollback; monitors the elimination of critical defects.

Organizes pilots, collecting feedback and instructions. Coordinates the implementation of work processes with the BIM design lead and BIM departments and confirms the regular use of products.

Organizes support, handling of requests and incidents. Manages the further development and decommissioning of products; evaluates the requests of other businesses on behalf of the BIM Director.
