Partner Implementation Coordinator

Higher education in management, engineering, economics or a related field.

Experience coordinating the implementation, changes, or training of multiple teams.

The practice of maintaining plans, calendars, protocols, commitments, risks, and dependencies.

The ability to monitor performance based on results and identify the causes of delays in advance.

 Russian is fluent. Kazakh and working English are an advantage.

Strong command of Excel, planning and collaboration tools.

The experience of organizing training: groups, schedule, availability of materials and collection of results.

Skills of interaction with managers and performers without direct subordination.

BIM and design processes are an advantage; the subject context can be mastered with experts.

The ability to keep records, distinguish between status and confirmed result, and record decisions.

 Organization, accuracy, perseverance in delivering assignments, and clear business communication.

Accompanies the execution of BIM implementation plans from partners. Ensures transparency of deadlines, resources, and results; priorities and program decisions are determined by the BIM design lead.

Details the approved roadmap into company plans, milestones, and training waves. Records those responsible, deadlines, dependencies, and conditions for moving to the next stage.

Collects confirmations of resources and readiness from partner managers, BIM leads, and a consultant. Aligns the schedule with the current project workload of the teams.

Maintains a single calendar and job statuses. Checks the availability of materials, experts, accesses, and pilot projects before events begin.

Requests statuses and supporting materials, and organizes work meetings. Changes in deadlines, resources, and priorities are submitted to the BIM Design lead.

Maintains up-to-date membership, contacts, and role allocation. Coordinates the exchange of information between partners, the office, the consultant and the trainers.

Prepares subpoenas, protocols, and a register of decisions. Records the obligations of the parties, communicates orders to the executors and monitors their implementation.

Checks the implementation of plans based on the results: holding events, mastering skills and applying technology.

Maintains a register of risks, problems, and dependencies between companies and stages. Specifies the reasons for the delays, those responsible for the elimination, and control dates.

Informs the lead in advance about critical deviations, lack of resources and unfulfilled obligations. Prepares organizational options.

Collects confirmations of the stages ready for acceptance. The technical assessment and acceptance decision are performed by the lead and relevant experts within the scope of their authority.

Prepares reports on the implementation and execution of decisions. Checks statuses and clarifies unconfirmed results.

Organizes study groups, schedules, invitations, and access to materials. Tracks participation, task completion, and skill assessment.

Collects feedback and organizes additional classes. The content of the training and the assessment of competencies is coordinated with the consultant, trainers and relevant experts.

Oversees the appointment of local knowledge and process owners, the transfer of materials, and the launch of onboarding and support. Records the unresolved issues and those responsible.

Organizes control meetings after the implementation, collects confirmations of the technology application. Transmits recurring issues to the lead for program adjustments.
