Knowledge of BIM standards, EIR, BEP, and ISO 19650 principles; experience in developing regulations, model requirements, and quality criteria.
Russian is fluent. Working English, B2 is desirable. Kazakh is an advantage.
Practical knowledge of Revit and Navisworks, understanding interdisciplinary coordination, data structure of models and volume extraction.
Experience in auditing processes and skills, organizing training, training internal experts, and managing resistance to change.
Plan, budget, risk, and performance management. Excel; Power BI is an advantage.
Understanding the Autodesk Construction Cloud and the shared data environment: roles, approvals, versions, access rights, and transfer of design results.

What you will do
Implements the approved BIM strategy in design. The priority is housing development: unified BIM design technology for partners, reliable data from BIM models and prevention of design errors before entering construction.
Conducts a BIM design development program: work plan, stages, resources, budget, risks and dependencies. Coordinates the execution of the BIM Director's orders and submits program deviations for his decision.
Coordinates implementation plans, responsibilities, resource allocation, and readiness criteria with the general directors of the partners. Manages pilots and technology replication.
Determines the baseline and monitors data quality, first-time acceptance, repeated defects, and RFCs for design reasons. Evaluates the effect together with the business and the LFS.
Within the limits of delegated authority, requests data, organizes expert groups and accepts the results of the work. On assignment, he replaces the BIM Director in the current office coordination.
Organizes audits of standards, processes, and skills. Forms a unified design technology: requirements for models, stages and roles, templates, coordination rules and acceptance criteria.
Ensures that standards, libraries, and instructions are up-to-date. Coordinates them with the Engineering Center, which retains responsibility for the engineering quality of design solutions.
Together with the LFS, QA/QC and BIM departments of the customer, defines data requirements, reference models and verification rules; organizes expert validation of rules and results.
Transfers the requirements for ACC-based modules and integrations to the product owner and analyst. Participates in the prioritization and acceptance of the developed modules.
Coordinates with the heads of the customer's BIM departments the resources, the owners of the rules and the procedure for regular monitoring. Ensures that checks are transferred to operational work.
Organizes an analysis of the causes of RFCs and defects, technology updates and training based on feedback from the construction site.
Selects global practices and tools, including AI, for pilots with measurable effect and quality control of the result.
Manages partner development work: volume, timing, quality of results, and their application to real partner projects.
Organizes role training, internal trainer training, skills assessment, knowledge base, and onboarding. Strengthens knowledge support for those responsible in companies.
Provides implementation through CEO's and partners' BIM leads. Confirms the mastery of technology by the quality of project products and the sustainability of processes after training.
