Experience in creating standards, templates, and instructions used by project teams.
Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks; working with parameters, families, and model structure.
Russian is fluent. English is an advantage for technical documentation.
Knowledge of the principles of BIM data management, EIR, BEP and the shared data environment; ACC is an advantage.
The ability to identify the causes of defects, prepare standards and verify the result on models.
Dynamo, Python and IFC are an advantage; the ability to create and test automation prototypes.
Experience in practical training, preparation of instructions and transfer of knowledge to local experts.
The ability to maintain versions of materials and implement changes in existing projects.

What you will do
According to the priorities of the BIM design team, lida develops and implements methodological materials for stable quality of design products.
Analyzes the current standards, processes, and audit results of the partners. Identifies gaps and contradictions, suggests changes, and coordinates priorities with the lead.
Develops regulations, instructions, and process maps for roles and design stages. Describes the sequence of work, input data, and expected results.
Coordinates the materials with experts from the AR, KR and engineering sections, OPC and QA/QC. Engineering solutions and subject requirements are approved by the relevant owners.
Requests examples and source data, and organizes technical reviews. Prepares materials for approval; coordinates the timing and scope of methodological work with the BIM design lead.
Develops and updates model templates, parameters, families, and standard settings. Ensures the uniformity of the structure and the suitability of the data for consistent scenarios.
Maintains versions, a history of changes, and rules for the use of materials. Checks the compatibility of updates with existing projects, prepares transition instructions.
He analyzes the defects and causes of the RFC with BIM departments and experts. Updates technology, checklists, and training examples.
With OPC and QA/QC prepares benchmarks and practical examples of model requirements. Verifies the correctness of volume and data extraction using consistent examples.
Creates automation prototypes, evaluates tools, including AI. Checks the quality of the result and the limitations of the application.
Transmits needs and examples for automation to the product owner and analytics. Industrial development and integration is performed by BI Innovations.
Accompanies the implementation of verification rules and procedures; Regular monitoring of the models is performed by the operational BIM departments and specialized departments.
Verifies materials on pilot projects together with local BIM leads. Records comments, elaborates solutions, and confirms their suitability for replication.
Advises teams on technology applications and complex cases. Transfers recurring questions to the knowledge base and brings unresolved contradictions to the relevant experts.
Prepares practical assignments, instructions, and onboarding materials. Trains local experts and trainers, checks the development of skills on work tasks.
Transmits the materials and the update procedure to the local owners. Maintains a knowledge base, collects feedback, and tracks the reduction of repeated defects after changes.
