Senior Backend Engineer

• Strong commercial experience in Python 3.11+ and Django/DRF development at the senior level (6+ years in commercial development).
• PostgreSQL: confident work with transactions, locks, schema design and query optimization.
• Mandatory experience with payment or financial transactions: payments, splits, refunds, and consistency of monetary data.
• Experience building integrations through REST; understanding of JWT, mTLS/API keys, idempotence, and retry strategies.
• Experience in unit and integration testing of critical cash flows.
• PHP / Laravel at the level of reading and understanding the existing core of the product.
• Daily use of AI tools in development: Claude Code, Copilot or analogues; willingness to work in AI-native team processes.
• Independence: the ability to work with incomplete introductory materials, find missing information and bring the task to a result.
• The ability to work directly with multiple teams, raise and escalate blockers, and quickly move a task to production.

• Design and develop backend Freedom Privilege: online payment for offers, split payments, refunds, order statuses, QR activation, catalog, search, categorization and booking.
• To build a reliable payment loop: to ensure the idempotence of transactions, consistency of monetary data and correct error handling.
• Integrate with external systems: SuperApp payment service, cross-authorization, B2B channels via mTLS/ API key, bank support systems and other ecosystem services.
• Participate in architectural solutions: service boundaries, API contracts, migration of functionality from the current core and scaling solutions.
• Undergo a technical and information security audit of the bank: security, logging, error handling, and banking integration requirements.
• Work directly with the SuperApp, Loyalty, Acquiring and other teams of the Bank and the Holding Company, independently raise and unlock dependencies.
• Introduce AI into development processes and participate in the development of the team's AI-native approaches.
• Work closely with the CTO and quickly bring solutions to production.

Corporate Library, ChocoFest, Speaker Day, Boosting Day. Onboarding mentoring system — you'll get into the project quickly. A small team, close cooperation with the CTO and a minimum of unnecessary approvals. AI-native processes: AI tools are used in daily development, the team develops agent-based approaches and automation.
