Senior Frontend Engineer
Main requirements
TypeScript and deep knowledge of modern JavaScript; 4+ years of commercial frontend development. A confident experience with React or Vue. Practical experience with WebView, embedded web apps, or mini-apps; experience integrating with a banking SuperApp will be an advantage. Experience of integration with REST API and authorization flows: JWT, deep links, native bridges. Experience working with complex conditions and critical user scenarios, ideally with payment flows. Understanding frontend performance in WebView: startup speed, bundle size, lazy loading, working on weak devices. Unit and e2e testing of critical user flows. Daily use of AI tools in development: Claude Code, Copilot or analogues. Independence and speed: you can work with incomplete introductions, raise blockers, and negotiate directly with dependent teams.
What you will do
- Design and develop a mini-app / WebView Freedom Privilege: online payment for offers, split payments, order statuses, activation, catalog, categories, favorites, search and booking.
- Integrate frontend with native SuperApp bridges: authorization via /auth and one-time JWT, deep links, push notifications and Amplitude analytics.
- Work with the SuperApp design system: UI Kit, Tokens, and mandatory dark theme support.
- Ensure performance in WebView: fast mini-app start time, optimal bundle size, lazy loading, and operation on weak devices.
- Manage the complex status of the payment flow and correct error handling in critical user scenarios.
- Participate in architectural decisions on frontend and API contracts when scaling the product.
- Undergo a technical audit of the bank: security, logging, and requirements for the client application.
- Work directly with the SuperApp, Loyalty, Acquiring and other teams of the Bank and the Holding Company, independently raise and unlock dependencies.
- Introduce AI into development processes and participate in the development of the team's AI-native approaches.
- Work closely with the CTO and the designer: conduct a Technical Design Review and evaluate feasibility before working out the layouts in detail.
