System Analyst

At least 3 years of experience as a system analyst
Strong command of UML, BPMN and ER diagrams
Good understanding of the principles of integration interaction and experience working with REST/SOAP API
Experience working with Postman or similar tools
The ability to write SQL queries and understand the principles of relational and NoSQL databases
Understanding the principles of data design and modeling
Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Draw.io , Miro or similar tools
Understanding the Software Development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum Processes
The ability to structure a large amount of information, decompose complex tasks and take into account dependencies and risks
The ability to formulate requirements clearly and establish communication with both the business and the technical team.
Basic understanding of programming principles and the ability to understand technical implementation
Higher education in IT, computer science, mathematics or related fields will be a plus.

Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements. Breaking down complex tasks into feasible elements.
Create UML, BPMN, and ER diagrams for modeling processes, system architecture, and data flows. Designing integrations (API specifications).
Writing technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams. Providing clarity in the descriptions of tasks to be implemented.
Analyze existing IT systems to identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and improve productivity.
Data model design (SQL/NoSQL) and integration process support (REST/SOAP API).
Participate in solution testing, requirements validation, and implementation assistance. Preparation of documentation.
Participate in sprint planning, grooming sessions, and risk analysis.
