Main requirements
• 3-4 year studies in the field of geology, geophysics, oil and gas business or a related specialty.• Basic knowledge of geology as part of the university program.• Basic understanding of the drilling process or willingness to actively explore the topic.• Basic Excel: data entry, simple formulas, charting.• English at a level sufficient to work with professional materials and terminology.• Attentiveness to data, willingness to learn and ask questions.Work experience and knowledge of professional software are not required — you can learn everything you need during the internship.
What you will do
• Help to collect and organize geological and borehole data.• Check the completeness of tables and source materials, mark omissions and inconsistencies for verification by a specialist.• Learn how to work with logging diagrams and geological sections under the guidance of a specialist.• Help create graphs, illustrations, and summary reports based on ready-made samples.• Gradually immerse yourself in the processes of drilling and geonavigation.
