What you will do
Today, we invite an active, responsible person to work as a Technical support Consultant.
What will need to be done:
- provide written and oral consulting services;
- develop documentation (minutes of the working group, a plan for routine maintenance, etc.);
- promptly review requests received by the support service.
- register user requests in the system;
- provide assistance in solving technical problems when using the product/service;
- to carry out IP updates;
- keep User instructions up to date;
- to advise Users.
