The Astana Hub Monitoring Service ensures that companies comply with the terms of the contract and the priority areas of activity. As a result of the checks conducted by the Monitoring Service since the beginning of this year, violations have been identified. Some participants have started engaging in activities that are not included in the list of priority areas, namely:

• selling printers, MFPs, computers, laptops, and other office equipment and devices without "ST-KZ" and/or industrial certificates;
• providing consulting services, including intermediary services for registration on the ESF portal;
• technical support services for computer and peripheral office equipment, and devices, including repair, cartridge refilling, etc.;
• conducting paid seminars, webinars, conferences, contests, etc.

All 11 participants who received warnings agreed with the results of the checks. They were excluded from the list of Astana Hub participants.
