On October 18-19, the second decentralized "hacker" marathon Decentrathon 2.0 was held in the regional technopark Aqtobe Hub, organized in partnership with Astana Hub and the Blockchain Center research laboratory. This large-scale event covers 17 regions of Kazakhstan, including Astana and Almaty, and gathered about 3,000 participants, including 48 residents of Aktobe.

For 36 hours, the teams demonstrated their skills in various IT areas, such as artificial intelligence (AI), game development (GameDev), blockchain and the creation of mini-applications for Telegram. The participants had a unique opportunity to work on relevant projects, exchange ideas and develop innovative solutions that can significantly affect the development of technology in the country.

Decentrathon 2.0 has become an important platform for young developers and enthusiasts, giving them a chance to showcase their talents and create working prototypes. In an atmosphere of cooperation and creativity, the participants worked on projects that can become the basis for future startups and technologies that contribute to the digital transformation of Kazakhstan.

This hackathon highlighted the importance of decentralized technologies and their role in creating a sustainable technological landscape.
