The Laboratory 3.0 educational project from the fintech company Solva Technology continues to expand its training areas for novice IT specialists. In June, a new offline Python course will be launched in Almaty, aimed at those who already have basic knowledge but face difficulties entering the labor market.

According to the project team, the course is not designed for absolute beginners, but for those who have already studied — at courses, at a university, or on their own — but cannot join the team due to lack of practical experience. Laboratory 3.0 closes this gap between theory and real work by providing participants with the opportunity to complete internships on projects with mentoring support and enter the profession without "hanging time".

The program is designed for 3 months of offline training at the Solva Technology office (Almaty) and covers key topics of backend development.:

• basics of Python syntax and object-oriented programming
• creating a REST API using modern frameworks
• working with databases, authorization, and interaction with HTTP
• testing, security, optimization, and readable code

The purpose of the course is to prepare the participant for full—fledged teamwork on real projects, and not just to teach syntax.

• a real internship at a company with access to workflows
• scholarship for the period of study
• payment for the course is only after employment
• career support and assistance in joining the IT team

Laboratory 3.0 is an educational initiative of Solva Technology aimed at training IT specialists who can immediately join the work processes of partner companies after training. The project implements a model where each participant is selected, trained, interned and employed — under guarantees from the organizer. Graduates of Laboratory 3.0 are already working at Solva, Freedom Bank, Halyk Bank, IT companies and startups all over Kazakhstan.
