The freed-up time of employees can be directed to more strategic tasks. 2) Lower operating costs: Reduce the cost of printing paper timesheets and archiving documents. 3) Minimization of financial risks: Exclusion of fines and penalties for incorrect or late submission of data to government authorities (ECUTD/Enbek.kz).

Automate the process of transferring data on the actual working hours of employees, recorded by turnstiles/access points of ACS, to the Enbek state system.kz to comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and to exclude manual entry of time sheets.
