The company has several managers who manage over 10 software development projects. Each project has a system for managing customer requests/requests. This is essentially a kanban board in which all applications are recorded and then they are carried out according to the stages of work. Communication with customers is conducted mainly in groups in messengers, but online meetings are also held and sometimes customers send email with requests. The task is for project managers to record all requests/requests from customers in all channels. To do this, it is planned to make a solution that will analyze incoming emails, instant messaging, and transcription of online meetings, identify applications/ requests in them, compare them with cards in the application management system, and notify if there are outstanding applications.
The direct effect is the fixation of 100% of applications / requests from customers. The consequences are an increase in customer satisfaction, an increase in the volume of work and profits.
