In the context of an increasing number of patients and an increase in the volume of medical data processed, the software of a medical organization demonstrates a significant decrease in productivity: slow loading of electronic medical records, frequent errors and failures in data exchange with government information systems, unstable operation with simultaneous connection of a large number of users. This negatively affects the quality and speed of medical care, increases the burden on medical personnel, and creates risks of loss and distortion of medical data.
After the successful implementation of the project, it is planned to ensure stable and high-performance operation of the software under high user load. It is expected that staff will be able to quickly access data, generate documents and interact with government information systems without delays and disruptions. It is expected to reduce the time spent by employees working with the system, improve the quality and speed of work processes, reduce the risks of data loss and distortion, as well as bring the software in line with modern requirements and standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Comprehensive technical optimization of all layers of the information system — the database, the server business logic, the electronic medical records module and the integration layer with the government systems of the Republic of Kazakhstan - in order to speed up the system, reduce errors and ensure stable operation under high user load.
