The bottom line: Adapting the entire DCH system to work in multiple languages with the ability to dynamically switch. The purpose of the development: To prepare the product for export and scaling to the markets of Central Asia (Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan) and the CIS. Expected effect: Increasing the competitiveness of DCH in the international arena, achieving the KPI for entering the markets of Central Asia by 2028. Roles: Any authorized user of the system. Functional requirements: Support for at least 4 interface languages: Russian, Kazakh, Uzbek, English. Switch the language on the fly without reloading the page or losing the entered data. Localization of date, time, and currency formats depending on the selected country (tenge/soums/som). Expected technical tasks: Frontend (Vue.js 2): Implementation of the vue-i18n library. Rendering of the entire hard-coded text into separate localization JSON files. Backend & DB: Adding the preferred_language field to the user's profile in PostgreSQL. Adapting the API to return directories in the desired language. Acceptance criteria: The user can change the language in the profile settings. All interface elements (including calendar, buttons, menus, and system notifications) are translated correctly. Dates are displayed correctly using Moment.locale-sensitive js.
