Problem description

To provide owners of large networks with a convenient tool for end-to-end control and cross-administration.

Expected effect

The bottom line: An architectural and interface solution for managing multiple branches or franchise networks from a single head account. The purpose of the development is to provide owners of large networks with a convenient tool for end-to-end control and cross-administration. Expected effect: Attracting a segment of large medical business (network centers, franchises), which will accelerate the achievement of 112 connected clinics by 2029. Roles: Network Owner/Manager — end-to-end analytics for all branches, setting up access rights for branch directors. The CC operator sees the schedule of all branches and can route patients. Functional requirements: A single patient database for the entire clinic network. The ability to switch between branch schedules in one click. The formation of consolidated reports for all points and for each one individually. Expected technical tasks: Database (PostgreSQL): Implementation of a complex multi-client model where one organization has 1-to-many connections with branches. Using indexes to quickly search for patients across the network. Backend: Differentiation of access rights at the routing level (middleware), verification of the user's affiliation to a specific branch. Acceptance criteria: The CC operator can record one patient for CT at Branch No. 1 and for a doctor's appointment at Branch No.2. The network owner sees the consolidated financial report in a single window.
