Requirements:
- Prepare the regular project progress report (customer/subcontractor) according to the requirements of the project phase plan.
- Prepare a summary of the construction management aspects of the project (Construction period, quality, operation of the whole system)
- Facilitate PO (Purchase order) progress, progress tracking, plan fulfillment deviation analysis, and deviation rectification solution development and tracking until gaps are closed.
- Organize relevant owners to develop reasonable support plans, streamline and integrate the project master plan with the support plans (labor, procurement, supply, and customer support plans), monitor the execution of the support plans, and ensure the collaboration between the project master plan and the support plans.
- Customer Communication Management: Support PCM (Project Control Manager)
- Check, collect and organize structural or as-built acceptance documents (customer/subcontractor)
- Develop PC team capabilities and collaborative management
- Fine-grained audit policy analysis and report (HW/Subcontractor)
- Update the project progress information in the system.
Qualification :
- Bachelor degree of telecom, computer, booking or relevant major
- Ability to use office software such as Excel and PPT, project management methodology, and typical telecom engineering experience
- One year relevant working experience.
