We are seeking an experienced Quantitative Trading Specialist to develop new trading mechanics and strategies. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Applied Math, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field, with extensive experience in EFX trading, APIs, back-testing, and algorithmic trading. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with financial data tools like Bloomberg, Eikon, EODHD, or Polygon are essential.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, refine, and implement synthetic trading instruments that are finely tuned for swift and effective execution in various market conditions.

- Implement robust risk management practices to safeguard against potential losses, with a keen eye on challenging market conditions.

- Monitor and adapt execution strategies in real-time based on market dynamics, news events, and emerging trends to ensure optimal execution outcomes.

- Establish and track key performance indicators related to execution quality, continually optimizing processes to achieve superior results.

- Сonduct in-depth analysis of market data, emphasizing insights that directly impact execution strategies.

- Work closely with the Engineering & Product Development team to understand their execution requirements, providing tailored solutions that align with their trading goals and preferences

Requirements

- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Applied Math, or a related field.

- Expertise in utilizing algorithmic order execution and advanced order types.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, etc.

- Experience with FIX API and REST API

- Advanced user of Bloomberg, Eikon, EODHD, Polygon, or similar financial data tools.

- Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.

- Proficiency in Russian and English, both written and spoken, is required.
