At SOTA, we build AI-powered tools for analytics, scouting, marketing, and sponsorship - helping sports organizations streamline operations, boost performance, and grow revenue.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Manager to focus on financial planning, control, and reporting. You will ensure transparency, efficiency, and financial discipline within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and categorize expenses;
- Prepare reports on cash flow, profit/loss, and key metrics;
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial models;
- Maintain internal financial records and improve workflows;
- Collaborate with accountants, auditors, and consultants.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in finance or financial management in IT and international projects;
- Advances Excel / Google Sheets skills, including financial modeling;
- Proficiency with financial tools and digital platforms;
- Working knowledge of English for documentation and reporting;
- Responsible, independent, results-driven.
What to Expect:
- Compensation: Competitive, based on interview results and seniority level;
- Schedule ~ 15 hours per week (flexible) during a 1-month probationary period, with potential for further expansion;
- Work Environment: Remote or optionally from our office in Astana;
- Reporting: Directly to the CEO.
