Project overview
The business would like to reflect the status of their business processes in JIRA. For that, the company plans to utilize Power Automate to integrate their internal systems with the JIRA’s dashboards and ticket’s system.
Position overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Engineer with Power Automate, who will collaborate with business teams and will play a key role in delivering the automation solution for the initiative. The assignment is expected to last between 5 to 7 months. Together with your teammate, you will design, develop, and maintain automated workflows that generate tickets and business process workflows in JIRA via Power Automate.
You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable automation solutions that support seamless process management for business stakeholders.

Integration APIs and connectors related to Power Automate and JIRA
Responsibilities

Develop automated workflows in Power Automate to generate and manage JIRA tickets for various business processes

Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and understand the flow of business processes to be automated

Design, test, and implement workflows to streamline ticket creation and routing in JIRA

Maintain and optimize existing Power Automate workflows to improve reliability and performance

Document automation solutions and workflows to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing

Provide support and troubleshooting for Power Automate solutions and integrations with JIRA
Requirements

Proven experience developing workflows using Microsoft Power Automate

Experience working with APIs and building connectors in Power Automate

Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical automation solutions

Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Proficient in English (spoken and written)
Nice to have

Strong understanding of business process automation concepts and ticketing/workflow systems

Experience with JIRA administration or configuration

Analytical mindset with attention to detail
