ISSAI aims to develop a national capacity for research in Artificial Intelligence incorporating the experience of exemplars from Asia, Europe and the United States.

ISSAI provides an agile framework for research, innovation and collaboration with national and international partners in education, industry and government and contributes to the digital ecosystem of Kazakhstan in the advancement of national development goals.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Mobile Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating high-quality, user-friendly mobile applications and has strong experience in [Android / iOS / cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native].

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced mobile applications.

• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless solutions.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize app performance.

• Stay up to date with emerging mobile technologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience as a Mobile Developer with published apps in the App Store / Google Play.

• Strong proficiency in [Kotlin/Java for Android, Swift for iOS, or Flutter/React Native for cross-platform].

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, cloud services, and mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.).

• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience with push notifications, Firebase, or analytics tools.

• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and working closely with designers.

• Knowledge of testing frameworks and automated testing.
