Senior Deal Desk Specialist is a strategic commercial position to secure and drive further
company profitability, support business growth, manage complex deals, optimize pricing
strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Commercial deal governance including review, pricing approval, reporting and execution, ‘owning’ the deals to ensure profitable timely delivery.
- Providing expertise to the Sales teams on market trends, regulatory changes, potential market shifts etc.
- Working in close interlock with Sales and CSM teams to uncover new business growth opportunities.
- Preparing RFPs for the assigned region, participating in bids with customers.
- Initiating and taking the lead on internal projects with cross-functional teams for necessary software enhancement – pricing, routing, reporting tools - to improve business efficiency and address new market developments.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant international Telecom experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue in CPaaS/CCaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of main Telecom services (Voice, SMS, DIDs).
- English language – C1.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Self-discipline, proactiveness, accuracy.
